Our products are manufactured to consistent quality standards. In the unlikely event of product not being satisfactory for its intended use it must be returned to us within 7 working days from the receipt of goods, in the original packaging, perfect condition and unused. We will replace or credit all products found to be faulty and you will be notified of the results of our analysis as soon as it is available.

We are a BS EN ISO 9001 2000 accredited company and have considerable procedures in place to ensure that every product meets specification. We have a good record of less than 5 complaints a year over the last five years. Considering the expanse of new materials we supply each year we are positive that we will exceed your expectations.
