my card details and money safe?
All
credit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.
They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.
They are not held in clear text on any web site. Techetape
use WorldPay for payment. Worldpay was founded in
1993. Today, as the globally acknowledged and trusted
leader in secure, multi-currency Internet payment

- in the language and currency of their choice. WorldPay

When making payment online your details are traded
directly with Worldpay using the latest in anti fraud
technology. Your card information is not communicated
to JIT or stored in any way, offering a safe secure
reliable way to make your transaction completely safe.

will I receive delivery?
Next
day, 2-3 day and 5 day delivery options are available
to you at point of purchase along with the cost calculated
for each of these services. If for any reason you
have not received the goods within the duration specified
please contact us to enable us to progress your order
for you. All orders placed with us will receive a
reply on shipping and depending on the delivery specified,
will also contain a tracking number which can be checked
online at your discretion as to the progress. Should
for some reason a material shortage affect the order,
you will be contacted immediately to offer a delivery
time and to check that you still wish to continue
with your order.
> What
if the quality or product is not correct?
It
is our intention to adhere to the Statutory Instrument
2000 No 2334 the
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
2000.
If
there is a quality problem we will endeavour to satisfy
our customer in
line with our Quality Guarantee Policy.
Should
there be any doubt regarding the suitability of any
product for an
application we suggest personal communication is made.
We can then discuss all areas of concern and identify
a product for evaluation.
The customer is responsible for testing the product
under their own
conditions and use and assuring themselves that it
is suitable for their
particular purpose. Our samples and technical advice
is offered in good
faith but without warranty.
> Minimum
Order?
While
we do not have a minimum purchase value you will find
the majority of products are only available in carton
quantities. Carton quantities are shown on the right
of each size on product detail sections. Should you
have a requirement for a specific number of rolls
which is not within the parameters set, please email
with your requirements and we will try to obtain quantities
to suit your needs.
> Requesting a sample
Please
call a customer service representative or send an
email to samples@techetape.com
stating the application, including the surfaces,
environment, temperature performance or any other
special properties you require. Please state any preference
for size, colour, quantity and we will be happy to
send you a sample at the earliest availability.
> How do I get tax exempt form?
When
checking out of the store and completing the Invoice
address, underneath you will find a "Taxes"
section. Click the small box if you are tax exempt.
We will require your EU VAT number if you have one.

Distributor pricing?
Techetape.com
cores can be supplied unbranded allowing stockists
and agents to re-sell as distributors. If you wish
to discuss a special interest in more detail, please
contact us to consider your request.

How do I include Free Offers in my online order?
Valid
promotions will be automatically shipped with relevant
orders, there is no need to add them to the cart.
>
How can I include a purchase order number on my order?
Techetape
does not require a customer PO, however, we do offer
you the opportunity to designate one on your order.
Proceed through the checkout process, to the Billing/Payment
Information page. Located there is a box for including
a PO number. If you finish an order and forget to
include a PO email Customer Service at customerservice@techetape.com
to have a representative add that PO number to your
order.

How can I estimate shipping charges?
Add
all goods required to check out basket, select shipping
destination. Your bill will show total costs including
standard shipping. Slightly further down the screen
is other options for shipping should you prefer and
their associated costs. Simply choose an alternative
method and proceed to the next page and weights will
be recalculated at the new rate

Can I have my order shipped to a separate address?
Techetape
will ship your order to any address which you specify.
Just specify in "Special Shipping Instructions"
on the Billing Address page.
